More Detailed Profile- Business Process Understanding & Modelling --> this would probably be the biggest workload: understanding how the end-to-end onboarding of externals works (EPP, Fieldglass,Workday, Identity & Accesses, IT equipment / VDI usage, Cornerstone trainings, introduction to Roche tools & getting them productive, manager tasks & responsibilities, any other persona in this workflow, Site / Affiliate specific onboarding pieces, Department specific onboarding, if any), understanding how the move process is built end-to-end from a mover's perspective (overlap of offboarding on one Site and onboarding on the new Site, which exact steps of the E2E onboarding & E2E offboarding workflows are mixed together and how), understanding how the offboarding process is coming together in the end-to-end perspective of a leaver and their manager (from resigning / ending a contract in Workday or anywhere else, to what this means for the Identity & Access management processes, administrative tasks that need to be completed (eg.



transferring ownership of generic mailboxes, documents etc) by the leaver / manager, IT equipment reclaim processes on the different Sites & Affiliates, P&C; process steps etc), and mapping all of these processes out.- Situation & Gap Analysis --> on the AS IS end-to-end processes that have been mapped out- Problem Understanding & Definition- Requirements Analysis --> considering that these areas have a front end requirement set (joiners, movers, leavers, their managers & potentially their admin assistants), there is also a back end requirement set from the P&C; operations (ELM) team and IT support teams usually going into the "reducing operational / repetitive workload" directions.- Business Case Development --> for the future solution (defined together with an architect etc) and improvement needs of identified stagesInsights analysis

- Suggest design solutions
- To prepare and or or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements
- To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications.
- To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the Functional Specification mapping to Business Requirements.
- To prepare the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.
