Funciones:

- Interlocutor directo con responsable del Cliente para seguimiento de proyecto y para plantear riesgos y posibles soluciones.
- Realización de consultoría de proyectos de construcción, seguimiento y propuestas de los proyectos desde una vertiente técnica, planificación, económica, calidad y seguridad.
- Estudio de viabilidad (técnica, económica y plazos) de proyectos y obras
- Planificación de trabajos y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares
- Elaboración de PMP, y definición de estrategias del proyecto.
- Desarrollo del proceso y estrategia de compras así como gestión del proceso de licitación de paquetes de proyecto y/o construcción.
- Selección de proveedores y presentación al Cliente.
- Elaboración de pliegos técnicos de las licitaciones, recepción de ofertas, realización de comparativo y emisión de recomendación de adjudicación.
- Organización de reuniones regulares de seguimiento de obra
- Gestión y moderación de las reuniones
- Preparación de Actas de reuniones e Informes periódicos
- Control de costes, planning, órdenes de cambio y facturación
- Gestión y control del Commissioning de la obra e instalaciones.

Características:

- Formación en IngenierÍa o Ingeniería Industrial con especialidad Instalaciones Eléctricas y/o Mecánicas o similar
- Experiencia en Gestión del Diseño y Construcción de Data Centers (2MW IT mínimo) durante al menos 3 años.
- Experiencia de 5 años en sector construcción (proyectos y obras)
- Imprescindible conocimiento del CTE y normativas/reglamentaciones relativas a instalaciones (Mecánicas, Eléctricas, Agua,…)
- Capacidad de liderazgo para la consecución de objetivos y cumplimiento de hitos




- Colaboración y trabajo en equipo
- Habilidades de comunicación y gestión de equipos de trabajo multidisciplinares
- Se requiere capacidad de análisis para detección de riesgos o puntos de fallo, así como capacidad para búsqueda y propuesta de soluciones.
- Experiencia en el trato directo con clientes
- Imprescindible buen nivel de inglés hablado y escrito
- Se requiere buen nivel de uso de EXCEL, POWER POINT, AUTOCAD, PROJECT/P6, TCQ/PRESTO
- Experiencia en compañías con estructuras jerárquicas y con procedimientos internos
- Organizado en el análisis, estructurado en el reporting y transmisión de información. Con criterio en las conclusiones y priorización de necesidades
