Joining the TUI Musement HR Systems and People Analytics Team as HR Systems Analyst to own, develop and maintain all aspects of different HR projects and initiatives in this business area. Imagine yourself as part of the team that is building the future of HR Technology at TUI MM.

This role sits in the TUI Musement HR Systems and People Analytics Team within the HR function. The idóneo candidate for this role will have strong IT skills, processes optimisation skills, reporting skills and project management skills.

ABOUT THE JOB

- Partnering with lead analysts to explore, evaluate, recommend, and design new features and functionalities with HRIS Core (Employee Central, Payroll SAP, Employee self-service, Manager self-service) and/or other HR applications
- Participating in SAP Success Factors implementation as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of its data applications
- Contributing to project deliverables including, but not limited to requirements elaboration, functional design, application configuration and support plans
- Performing unit and quality assurance testing including test case preparation, test execution and test results documentation,



contribute to test strategies
- Developing and enhancing working knowledge through training, independent research and experimentation to become a subject matter expert (SME) for at least one distinct business process and application
- Analyzing system and data failures to identify and contribute to operational excellence and control needs
- Analyzing and present data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions
- Ensuring all assignments meet company key control guidelines, and support compliance reviews and audits
- Performing data analysis to meet the needs of customers (HR Business Partners, Business or Functional Leaders, HR Executive team, external parties) to aid in decision-making
- Working with the Business, IT, and Data to ensure that requested and related process changes are implemented in a timely fashion
- Following and maintaining operational and control procedures as a part of a multidisciplinary agile team
- Conducting root cause analysis of problems and applying business knowledge and practical experience to recommend system and data product enhancements

ABOUT YOU

- Demonstrated knowledge/expertise as an HRIS analyst in a multinational environment
- IT/analyst background is appreciated for this position
- Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
- Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
- Analysing HRIS and HR performance metrics
- Experience in eliciting and elaborating business requirements, collaborating with CoEs and IT,



supporting in the design of the technical solutions
- Problem identification, analysis and solving skills
- Stakeholder management experience plus close relationship with data and business analysts
- Proficient in SAP HR
- Knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project as a nice to have
- Good communication and customer facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users
- Active listener, customer focused, relationship builder, team player
