ROLE PURPOSE

To continue future development of internal framework of scoring models creation (LogReg, Boosting and other frameworks).

To orginize effective process of new hyposis investigation, new scoring model development, existing scoring models monitoring and recalibration.

To orginize an effective monitoring and control of feature calculation data quality in production scoring models calculation.

To take part in general international data science knowledge sharing between different competence centers of the group in different countries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Development of new scoring models (all steps of development starting from data deep analysis)
Control of effective work of existing model assembly
Development of internal competence in data science
Take part of new data sources investigation and propose an effective usage of external and internal data in decision making process development.
Interaction with other DS team in different countries

Knowledge and skills:
Very fluent handling of DS stack in Python.
Statistical knowledge,



especially in complex scenarios like estimations with censored data, non-random sampling, or rare event sampling.
Good SQL, Python
Teamwork and ability to communicate.
Experience with risk scoring and fraud, knowledge about the financial industry.
Experience with Bayesian modelling, sequential decision making and reinforcement learning.
A/B testing for online products.

Education:
4+ years of experience in data science in financial area or similar field

Higher education in mathematics/statistics/IT/economics

English at least upper-intermediate (Spanish upper-intermediate not obligatory)

Experience:
Advanced degree in statistics, data science, engineering, or computer science (Ph.D. highly desired).
Strong SQL, Python programming skills (obligatory)
Tableau, ClickHouse, AirFlow (nice to have)
Strong knowledge of applied statistics and machine learning.

High-level understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, and database design.
