Project description: Data-driven design of 6G wireless networks.
Main research field: Telecommunications.
Tasks to be performed: Data-driven modeling, design, and optimization of next-generation radio access networks. Related to WP2 on Model-based and data-driven 3D network analysis and design.
Group and complement: Group 3 Level U
Dedication and working hours: Full time (35h/week).
Planned remuneration approx: 28.676,14 € gross per year
Financing fund: Proyecto PRESP04224 - MICIU/AEI/UE - CNS2023-145384, “Integración de Redes Terrestres y No Terrestres para Servicios Aéreos”, financiado por MICIU/AEI /10.13039/501100011033 y por la Unión Europea NextGenerationEU/PRTR, proyecto que finaliza el 30/06/2026.

Requirements:
- High school-FP2.
The expected start date is December 2st 2024, the job is in Barcelona.
Selection criteria:
The selection of the candidates will be made through evaluation of the curriculum and, where appropriate, with the carrying out a test and/or interview. Valuation will be as follows:
- Academic Training (0-30 points).
- Academic qualifications above the required level.
- MSc degree in telecommunications or related field.
Other professional training and experience, adequacy to the proposed profile (0-50 points):
- Strong background in wireless communications, mathematics, and machine learning, programming skills.
Other merits (0-20 points):
- Fluent oral and written English.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, positive person.
The minimum score to pass the selection process is 80 points. The candidate with the highest score in the selection process will be offered the job.
