What are we are looking for?

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the PMO team in monitoring and improving the performance of projects through data-driven insights. In this role, you will act as a bridge between the PMO and Digital Solutions teams, leveraging data from multiple applications and databases to provide a clear and reliable view of project status.





Your focus will be on analyzing, consolidating, and visualizing information to support decision-making, identify risks, and improve overall project governance. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions, enabling greater visibility and consistency across projects.

- Support the PMO in tracking and analyzing project status, progress, and performance indicators
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources (project management tools, engineering systems, internal databases)
- Act as a liaison between PMO and Digital Solutions teams to align data availability and analytical needs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility of project KPIs, timelines, and risks
- Ensure data consistency and reliability across different systems and reporting layers
- Identify patterns, trends, and potential risks in project execution through data analysis
- Support decision-making by delivering structured insights and recommendations
- Define and document data requirements and reporting standards with stakeholders
- Contribute to improving data models and structuring information to enhance analytics capabilities
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality
