Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

Are you ready to lead the global cybersecurity strategy of an international organization?

We're looking for an experienced Security Program Director to drive enterprise-wide security initiatives, protect critical business assets, and shape the future of cybersecurity across multiple regions.

What you'll do

✅ Lead the company's global security program

✅ Define and execute cybersecurity strategy & governance

✅ Oversee compliance with international regulations (GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001, etc.)

✅ Manage security risks, incidents, audits, and executive reporting

✅ Partner with C-level stakeholders to translate security into business value

What we're looking for

15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity & Information Security

7+ years leading global security programs

Strong expertise in security frameworks (NIST,



ISO 27001, CIS, COBIT)

Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management & Zero Trust

Experience with Azure & AWS Cloud environments ☁️

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

➕ Cloud Security Architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

➕ Third-party & Vendor Risk Management
