You bridge business, technology, and external partners to ensure platforms deliver value and scale with the company’s growth. You lead the end-to-end definition and optimization of business processes, operating models, and governance for digital platforms. You will collaborate across functions to shape digital solutions that enhance customer engagement and compliance while enabling global programs. Act as System Owner for assigned digital platforms ensuring alignment between business priorities and platform evolutionPartner with business stakeholders to anticipate needs and shape digital operating models and solutionsMaximize business value of digital solutions by defining best practices and driving adoptionDefine how digital platforms support end-to-end business processes across commercial, medical, regulatory, and compliance domainsLead cross-functional coordination to ensure digital assets are scalable and fit for future digital engagement modelsOversee IT service delivery for Digital Assets (Web, Apps, systems)

5+ years in IT application development and process designExperience with commercial business area exposureProven track record leading global or international digital initiativesExperience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teamsAbility to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions aligned with commercial objectivesSolid understanding of pharmaceutical commercial, medical, and regulatory processesStrong understanding of digital ecosystems and value deliveryKnowledge of content operating models and multi-channel activationAbility to connect digital capabilities with customer engagement needsExperience using Jira Software for demand and project managementLanguages: Spanish and English proficiencyTechnical and functional full-stack skills in web/app development and monitoring
