Commercial Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Commercial Assistant to support our Account Managers with day-to-day commercial and administrative tasks. You will help keep the commercial team running smoothly by preparing pricelists, commercial reports, presentations, updating databases and so on. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive and enjoys working with data, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced sports environment.

What you will do





- Support Key Account Managers with daily commercial tasks
- Prepare and update sales reports, price lists, and customer files
- Help with presentations, business reviews, and commercial follow-up
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, customer service, and marketing teams
- Keep commercial databases and reporting tools updated

What we are looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in commercial support, sales admin, or similar. xsgfvud Experience in sports, retail, B2B, international distribution is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and ideally experience in working with Power BI and an ERP
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Intermediate (B2) level of English
