The strongBESS Delivery Service Engineer (Utility Scale) /strong is responsible for the execution and lifecycle support of stronglarge-scale battery energy storage projects /strong after the project is secured by the sales and presales teams. /pp

The role manages the strongtechnical delivery, commissioning, and operational maintenance support /strong of utility-scale BESS projects, working closely with EPC contractors, grid operators, and project stakeholders. /ppbr/ppstrong

Project Handover from Sales / Presales /strong /pulli

Take over BESS projects from the strongsales and presales teams /strong after contract signing. /lili

Review technical proposals, system configurations, and service scope. /lili

Confirm system design and project requirements with internal teams and customers including: System design, Grid requirements, Performance guarantees, Project schedules，etc /lili

Ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget. /li /ulpstrong2.

Project Commissioning Planning and Execution /strong /pulli

Manage the strongfull lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects /strong. /lili

Coordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.

Guide EPC for the equipment unloading, installation etc. /lili

Ensure compliance with technical specifications, grid requirements, and safety standards. /li /ulpstrong3.

Commissioning Grid Integration /strong /pulli

Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists for BESS projects. /lili

Conduct commissioning for battery racks, BMS (Battery Management System), PCS (Power Conversion System), EMS (Energy Management System) and MV transformer. /lili

Validate integration of electrical, control, and communication systems. /lili

Conduct grid compliance and performance verification tests /lili





Work with grid operators and technical partners to complete system integration and SAT. /lili

Work with technical support teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning. /lili

Ensure successful handover to operations. /li /ulpstrong4.

Operations Maintenance Service Management /strong /pulli

Provide strongOM service /strong after Commercial Operation Date (COD). /lili

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on BESS/PCS/EMS /lili

Perform remote operations to support maintenance and fault resolution /lili

Conduct site inspections, diagnostics, and testing using specialist equipment /lili

Ensure strict compliance with Health Safety standards and HSE regulations in related countries /lili

Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality and compliance of third-party works /lili

Support commissioning, upgrades, and major repairs /lili

Review technical documentation and contribute to maintenance procedures, RAMS, and method statements /lili

Liaise with OEMs and suppliers on maintenance processes and technical clarifications /lili

Support annual maintenance planning for BESS assets /lili

Provide OM Training to customer OM team and subcontractor /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Qualifications /strong /pulli

Degree in strong

Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering /strong, or related field. /lilistrong2–5 years’ experience /strong in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects. /lili

Necessary Certifications to work on site /lili

Experience with stronglarge-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure /strong preferred. /lili

Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, Energy management systems, High-voltage systems, HSE /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Skills /strong /pulli

Strong technical knowledge of strongBESS, LV systems, inverters, EMS /strong /lili

Knowledge of grid compliance and power system integration /lili

Ability to manage multiple technical stakeholders /lili

Strong problem-solving ability /lili

Willingness to travel to project sites /li /ul
