Senior Consultant, Client Success Reports to: Director, Client Success Location: Spain Overview The Senior Media Consultant is a pivotal role in the Client Success community. The role supports the delivery of media ‘best‑in‑class’ insights and actionable learnings regarding advertisers’ media investment, and helps develop media investment best practices within Client Success. This is not a graduate‑entry role and requires a firm understanding of media. Key Responsibilities Become a media expert both externally (to clients and broader industry partners) and internally (to team members) while already possessing a working knowledge of media. Support the delivery of media insights and actionable learnings for a defined set of integral clients. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and acquire new ones.
