This role isn't tough at all from a guest POV, hence why this is a Sole Stew position - there's only really 2 guests on at a time
If there are more guests, they will hire dayworkers or a 2nd stew to assist

€7,000 . 45 days leave with 2 extra weeks as neutral leave and not deducted from contracted leave
