In this role you will drive product innovation for Certinia’s Services-as-a-Business platform, helping professional services organizations operate with intelligence and simplicity. You will work closely with customers, design, and engineering to shape strategy, discovery, and delivery across a integral, high-growth environment.

You’ll influence roadmaps, enable successful go-to-market, and ensure features ship with impact. This is an opportunity to help redefine how PSOs manage finance, delivery, and customer success at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Fluent written and verbal English
- Domain knowledge in financials/accounting, indirect procurement, or supply chain management
- Experience in an Agile environment or similar (system implementation)
- Systematic decision-making with incomplete information
- Strong market/persona understanding for the solution
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in Product Design / User Experience
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers across teams and regions
