Experteer Overview

In this role, you will help design and scale AI infrastructure on AWS as part of ADP's Spark team. You will work with engineering, product, data science, and platform groups to build reliable, secure, and cost-efficient AI platforms and deployment pipelines.

This position emphasizes governance, observability, and Fin Ops to drive operational excellence at scale. You’ll shape AI development tooling and improve developer experience, contributing to a mission of AI-enabled products and operations.

- Design, build, and maintain AI infrastructure and platform services in AWS
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and monitoring for AI/ML systems
- Support AI governance, evaluation, scalability, and operational excellence
- Apply Fin Ops practices to optimize AI infrastructure and model-related costs




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer experience and platform capabilities
- Contribute to technical best practices and support knowledge sharing across the team

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience in Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or related area
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Sage Maker, Bedrock, Cloud Watch)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and platform operations
- Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps practices, model deployment, observability, and LLM evaluation frameworks
- Strong communication skills in English
