As a Senior Software Engineer in Glovo's Quick-Commerce Global Services, you will help build scalable, global solutions that strengthen the Delivery Hero ecosystem from Barcelona. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to onboard vendors and support next-generation platforms for groceries and urgent daily needs.

You will tackle complex problems, drive architectural decisions, and deliver reliable systems that scale with the business. This is a mission-driven role at a fast-paced, inclusive company shaping how we connect users, partners, and operations worldwide.

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience (Java and/or Kotlin)
- Strong hands-on experience with scalable distributed systems and microservices
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, SNS/SQS, Google Pub/Sub)
- Observability and monitoring tooling experience (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams
- Excellent English communication skills and commitment to engineering excellence
