Experteer Overview
In this role, you will help build and automate our development ecosystem to deliver mission-critical software safely and efficiently.

You’ll contribute to core programs and platform initiatives, supporting our internal PaaS roadmap and enabling self-service deployment for developers.

You’ll design robust CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and create test environments to accelerate delivery at scale.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on development velocity and system reliability.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated quality checks
• Develop software architecture, APIs, and internal tooling for internal PaaS to enable self-service deployment
• Create automated virtualized test environments using Docker/Podman and KVM/QEMU
• Automate infrastructure deployment with IaC and scripting (Bash/Python) for one-command environments




• Optimize virtual network architectures and middleware (DDS) for high-throughput, real-time communications
• Produce technical documentation including platform architectures and self-service guides

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience
• At least 5 years in Software Engineering, Dev

Ops, or Platform Engineering
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Linux system administration, network configuration, Python/Bash scripting
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Git
