The Role
The team is expanding and looking for a talented mid-level associate to work on major cross-border and domestic mandates. You will advise debtors, creditors, and alternative investors on complex financial restructurings, distressed debt transactions, and special situations.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Mid-level associate with solid experience in financial restructuring.
The team is open to candidates with slightly more or slightly less experience for the right fit.
- Background: Proven track record at a well-ranked law firm (e.G., ranked practice).
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of financial restructuring mechanisms, refinancing agreements, and distressed credit.
- Languages: Native/fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
