About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You will Support BISSELL their products and services.

Your MissionCustomer Advocate: Ensure our clients needs and concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.Product Expert: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.Omnichannel Specialist: Deliver exceptional customer support across all channels (Phone, email, chat and social media).Problem Solver: Analyse customer issues,



identify root causes and proactively offer personalized solutions.Brand Ambassador: Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction, fostering positive customer relationships.

What We’re Looking ForHigh fluency in English.A passion for helping customers and a customer centric approach.Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for details.A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.

What We OfferStart Date: ASAP.Contract: Fixed-Term 6 Months (1 Month of Probation).Part-Time: 16 hours per week.Working Hours: Monday and Saturday 10:00 to 19:00.Salary: €7,676.31 gross per year.Performance Bonus: Up to €1000 pro-rate per yearWorking Model: HybridTraining: Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM (1 Week Full-Time).Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
