You will lead the global financial planning process transformation, driving standardization and best practices as Anaplan deployments roll out across markets. You act as the bridge between finance, operations, and IT, shaping the planning architecture for scalable future releases.
You will audit existing models, define global standards, and drive continuous improvement to keep planning fit for purpose. This role sits at the heart of a global FPu0026amp;A modernization journey, with a focus on cross-market alignment and strategic roadmap planning.

Based in Málaga, with travel to European locations as needed, you help translate business needs into robust planning solutions.

- Collaborate with the Finance BPO to safeguard day-to-day operations while pursuing process efficiencies and system integrations
- Work with the Anaplan team to translate financial requirements into sustainable system architecture
- Implement Planning Quality Evaluation Process, define KPIs, and drive organization-wide execution
- Map out the long-term roadmap from regional deployments to global functional-area releases

Responsabilidades

- Extensive FPu0026A, finance transformation, or Business Process Owner background
- Proven experience designing SAP data structures and system architecture
- Experience leading global system rollouts and moving regions toward standardized processes
- Direct experience with modern planning solutions (Anaplan) preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and change leadership
- Strategic mindset balancing long-term planning with monthly budgeting
- Excellent communication bridging finance needs and IT execution
- Willingness to travel up to ~20% within Europe
- Advanced English; French or Spanish proficiency beneficial
