Experteer Overview

As a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager, you will blend people leadership with hands-on engineering to guide a specialized team in delivering high-quality software. You will balance architecture with people management, coordinating with stakeholders across the organization.

You’ll design and oversee backend and microservices, implement robust CI/CD and IaC, and drive cloud-based solutions on Azure. Your work will shape technical strategy, ensure delivery excellence, and align engineering goals with business objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team with focus on career development and agile delivery
- Balance technical oversight and architecture with team management and stakeholder coordination
- Design and oversee backend applications and microservices using .NET Core
- Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions) and infrastructure as code (Terraform) with Kubernetes




- Architect scalable cloud solutions leveraging Azure PaaS and core enterprise services
- Oversee software testing, code quality, and technical documentation
- Drive technical strategy, remove architectural blockers, and manage cross-functional initiatives

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent technical background
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing agile processes
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, microservices design, and scalable application development
- Hands-on or oversight experience with ADO Pipelines, Git Hub Actions, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS and core cloud services
- Ability to bridge high-level decisions with practical execution and optimization
