Experteer Overview

In this role you will own backend problems at papernest for the Providers SP segment in Spain, enabling seamless subscription, maintenance, and invoicing workflows. You will work with cross-European squads to design scalable, robust services and push continuous improvements across the platform.

You will shape architecture, drive roadmap delivery, and ensure high test coverage and smooth production readiness. This is an opportunity to impact how millions manage contracts across Europe while growing through mentoring and knowledge sharing in a fast-growing scale-up.

- Own the product from a technical standpoint
- Collaborate with dev, product, QA, and other teams across Europe
- Challenge product requirements and anticipate technical difficulties
- Propose and implement technical solutions

- Develop features with unit and integration tests
- Ensure features work from integration to production




- Participate in code reviews and improve team practices
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Improve deployment frequency and reduce lead time for changes

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of backend development experience in Python
- Strong knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases and Django ORM understanding
- Proficiency with Docker and Git
- Proactive with technical initiatives
- Rigorous and autonomous work style
- Interest in user experience as a product aspect
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
