Experteer Overview

As Implementation Manager, you will lead end-to-end onboarding for Spring Health customers, primarily in EMEA, ensuring a smooth go-live and strong post-implementation relationships. You bridge Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into scalable processes.

You act as a trusted advisor, identifying risks and proposing solutions in evolving environments. This role combines project leadership with hands-on client guidance to accelerate value delivery in mental health care. Your work helps expand access to personalized, AI-enhanced care across integral partnerships.

- Lead end-to-end customer implementations from onboarding through go-live
- Serve as the primary customer contact during implementation and build strong relationships
- Define and align customer requirements internally and externally to ensure on-time delivery
- Own non-standard requests by gathering needs and turning them into repeatable processes
- Manage project plans for internal and external stakeholders with timely updates
- Identify onboarding risks and escalate them to leadership as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable,



automated improvements to the process
- Provide SME guidance on the implementation process to teams
- Support Sales in helping prospects understand and feel confident about the implementation

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in implementation, customer success, account management, or related fields
- Experience creating cross-functional product requirements documents, SOPs, or playbooks
- Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Rocketlane)
- Strong listening and communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- High integrity, organizational skill, attention to detail, humility, resourcefulness, professionalism
- Ability to align stakeholders across internal and external teams around complex needs
- Willingness to travel ~10%
- Multilingual with fluency in English and at least one other language relevant to supported customers
