We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to drive the developments and needs of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for planing and ensuring product developments go as expected. Manage, define, follow and ensure the proper finalization of projects for exisiting and new poduct developments, ensuring successful delivery of high‑quality RFID solutions across multiple market segments including retail, healthcare, libraries, and industrial applications.Main Tasks
Lead the development of new products,



from the planning to the successfull execution.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate needs into reality.Prioritize features and manage product backlogs to ensure timely delivery with high reliability.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify risks and oportunities.Define and track key performance to determine if a product works as expected and/or what needs to be improved and how.Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and support.Manage product kick‑off to have seamless hand over to the production team.Present product developments and progress to executive leadership.We Expect
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or hardware companiesExperience in management of projectsStrong understanding of RFID technology and/or IoT systems is highly desirableExperience with product management tools and agile development methodologiesExcellent analytical thinking skillsWilling to solve problems first hand when neededExperience working with technical teams and translating technical conceptsFamiliarity with regulatory certification processes (FCC, CE, UL, etc.) is a plusExperience gathering and analyzing user feedbackFluent in English is a must, Spanish is highly preferredYou are a resident of the EU or are in possession of an working permit to be eligible to work in Spain legallyWe Offer
