In this role, you will provide technical leadership while remaining hands‑on in the development using Java and Spring Boot, and contributing to frontend development with React and TypeScript when needed.You will lead the technical direction of the team, collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and other engineering teams. Lead the technical design and implementation of Spring Boot microservices and shared libraries addressing logging, security, messaging (Kafka and other MQs), and other cross-cutting concernsDesign scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions aligned with business and architectural requirementsCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to refine requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and translate business needsDrive technical decision-making, establish best practices, and ensure consistency across the team's solutionsApply integration and architectural patterns such as Inbox/Outbox, event- driven processing, CQRS where appropriate,
