Perk is seeking a motivated first-time manager to step into the SDR Team Lead role in Barcelona, supporting our outbound SDRs in the EMEA/CEE Growth Markets. You will coach and manage a team of up to 8, shaping strategies and processes that drive pipeline and hit targets.
