Recruiting Intern

Start date: September 2026 – Idóneo duration: 6 months to 1 year.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the recruitment team.
- Manage communications to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Collaborate in posting job openings across digital platforms.
- Perform initial resume screenings to identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain detailed tracking of open vacancies, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Update internal databases with candidate information and recruitment stages.
- Participate in organizing recruitment events, meetups, and job fairs to attract talent.

Candidate Requirements

- Higher education (University Degree) in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or similar fields.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university.
- Availability to commit to a minimum 6‑month internship, preferably full‑time, starting September 2026.
- High level of English and Spanish.




- Advanced level of Excel.
