About The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international BPO/customer experience company based in Spain. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality support in Danish.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in Danish.
- Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support.
- Follow client guidelines and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements

- Fluent in Danish — native or C1/C2 level (mandatory).
- EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri + occasional weekends).
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
