- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- English fluent level (strong oral and written communication)
- 2/3 years of experience as a Devops

Technical Skills

- Solid programming skills in Python (key requirement)
- Experience with scripting: Ansible, Bash, PowerShell
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools (e.g. AAP, AWX or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and OpenAPI
- Experience with OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong experience in Linux environments (automation, containers, workload and agent execution)

AI & Automation

- Knowledge or experience in: Intelligent automation / AIOps
- Autonomous agents
- AI integration into operational workflows
- Strong interest in applying AI to IT operations and evolving toward Software-Defined models
- Design, develop, and implement advanced automation solutions for software management, packaging, and distribution
- Contribute to the evolution toward a Software-Defined model, where operational capabilities are managed through software, APIs, and intelligent automation
- Build and maintain Python-based tools and automation scripts (Ansible, Bash, PowerShell) to streamline operational processes
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.) to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery




- Develop and integrate REST APIs and OpenAPI-based interfaces to enable scalable and modular automation
- Work with OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes to manage containerized workloads and automation agents
- Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Data/AI, and Platform Engineering teams to enable intelligent automation and autonomous operations models
- Integrate AI, AIOps, and autonomous agents into operational workflows to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation solutions to increase resilience and reduce manual intervention
- Contribute to best practices, documentation, and standards for DevOps, automation, and AI-driven operations
