We are seeking a proactive and strategic Data Content Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying audience opportunities, extracting meaningful insights from social and media data, and translating them into actionable content and communication strategies. You will work closely with strategy, creative, media and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance and uncover growth opportunities for our clients. This is a temporary position created to support business needs during a defined period.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of audiences, markets, competitors and digital environments using a variety of data and social listening tools.
- Develop strategic recommendations and brand frameworks based on consumer, cultural and platform insights.
- Manage, monitor and analyze Social Ads performance across channels to identify opportunities by audience, demographic profile, geography and content type.
- Analyze campaign, media and platform data to generate actionable insights, recommendations and optimization plans.
- Define, monitor and evaluate KPIs aligned with campaign and business objectives.
- Prepare and present strategic proposals, reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor online conversations, social buzz and brand perception, producing regular performance and listening reports.
- Identify emerging audience behaviours, cultural trends and platform developments relevant to brand growth.
- Collaborate closely with creative, media and data teams to ensure strategies are effectively translated into execution.
Required
- 3–5 years of experience in digital strategy, content strategy, social media, planning or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing and analyzing multi-platform digital campaigns, with a strong focus on social media ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Experience working with social listening, analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to connect data, consumer behaviour and brand storytelling.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- High level of proactivity, ownership and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for digital culture, emerging trends and innovation.
