Its business scope covers the R&D;, production and sales of passenger cars.About the RoleThe Technical Aftersales Trainer is responsible for delivering technical training to dealership technicians and aftersales teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to brand standards.ResponsibilitiesPlan and develop the training center's infrastructure and programs.Design and implement aftersales training programs for the dealer network.Establish dealer staff training certification standards proportional to business volumes.Develop, prepare, and translate training materials. Craft and deliver training in various formats, including in-person, online, and streaming,
