We are currently seeking a Logistics intern to join our logistics operations team.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Commercial Intern to support our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing commercial projects, supplier management initiatives, and new project launches across Europe. The adecuado candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a strong interest in logistics, supplier management, procurement, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery performance) and other logistics metrics highlighting key gaps versus targets
- Support with carrier WBR deep dives and help solve operational issues between couriers and merchants
- Prepare ah-doc reports on metrics, etc.
- Propose new initiatives using AI tools to optimise logistics day to day operations

Minimum Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree at university,



available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12+ weeks on a full-time or part-time basis
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently, with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups), data analysis and ability to report ideas in a clear manner
- High oral fluency in Spanish and English to support communication with stakeholders in both Spanish and English markets
- Commitment to at least a 3-month internship period

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior internship or academic project experience in data engineering and artificial intelligence, computer science, analytics, mathematics, or a related field
- Ideally familiar with case management tools (Pearl, Jira, ServiceNow) and GTM (go-to-market)/project frameworks (RACI, critical path tracking)
- Strong analytical mindset with exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player
- Excellent communication skills
