The adecuado candidate should have generalist experience in different areas related to the human resources field, with strong focus in leading projects at international level. He/she should be comfortable with the whole lifecycle of an employee in a Company, as well as demonstrate excellent Communication, Negotiation and Organization skills that allow him/her to provide appropriate advise and support to the buiness units asigned.

Responsibilities

- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees, as well as negotiation with employees' representatives
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics,



values and culture of company
- Onboard new employees and manage performance management process
- Prepare and provide reports for the management's decisions
- Act as the HR point of contact for the assigned business unit

Qualifications

- High english level
- Minumum 4 - 5 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication, project management and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Wordkday experience would be a plus
