Computer Operator – Kyndryl, Granada, AN, ES.

Full-time onsite role.

Responsibilities

- Perform batch operations as per service agreements.
- Analyze first‑level issues across systems and resolve or route them as appropriate.
- Develop support‑system management processes specific to customer requirements to deliver the highest level of service.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging.
- Proficient with Operating Systems (Windows or Mac).

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Experience with troubleshooting, backup/recovery, and basic networking.
