As a Fishmonger Assistant, your daily routine will involve several key tasks to ensure that the fish counter runs smoothly and meets the highest standards of quality and food safety. Your responsibilities will include:

- Receiving and inspecting incoming stock, including both fresh and frozen seafood items.
- Unpacking, organizing, and placing product shipments appropriately in cold storage or on the display area.
- Assembling and setting up the ice display counter every morning to showcase products attractively to customers.
- Providing direct customer service, assisting buyers, handling over-the-counter sales, and managing daily transactions.
- Packing up stock,



cleaning counter equipment, and ensuring complete cleanup at the end of the shift.

To excel in this role in Palma - Son Ferriol, you must have practical skills in seafood preparation and a strong customer-oriented mindset. The essential requirements for candidates are:

- Demonstrated practical experience in handling, cleaning, and preparing fresh fish and seafood.
- An up-to-date Food Handler Certificate, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- A valid Category B driver's license.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a clean, methodical approach to working with fresh food products.
- A friendly attitude and clear communication skills to interact positively with customers every day.

- An annual gross salary of 18,000 EUR.
- A regular working schedule operating from Tuesday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 14:00, along with working one Sunday per month.
