Primary Responsibilities
- Leading both group and individual Pilates classes tailored to participants' needs
- Advising clients on technique, proper alignment, and personal physical progression
- Keeping your knowledge up to date regarding the latest trends and methodologies in Pilates
- Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and high-quality service
Core Requirements
- Mandatory formal training or practical experience in Pilates (this is an essential prerequisite)
- Ability to teach both structured group sessions and personalized individual classes
- A strong dedication to staying informed about new trends in the Pilates method
- Good teamwork and communication skills for working alongside a multidisciplinary group
What is Offered
