You enjoy solving challenging technical problems while empowering others to perform at their best and lead by example, encourage open communication, and create an environment where engineers can grow.What You Will BringBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in software/electrical engineering or a related field.Strong, hands‑on Rust development experience (preferably more than 4 years) with deep understanding of core Rust concepts such as ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and asynchronous programming (async/await).Proficiency with Rust libraries/frameworks such as Tokio, Actix‑web, Rocket, Serde, SQL, and Foreign‑Function Interfaces.Experience with Linux containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and basic scripting.Experience with message brokers (e.G., RabbitMQ), event‑driven architecture, event stores, event sourcing, and actor models.Experience applying design patterns relevant for distributed systems.Exposure to AI‑enabled software development practices and modern cloud‑native architectures.Familiarity with Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), Test‑Driven Development (TDD),
