Fashion Support Consultant (Italian-speaking) – On‑site IN02

We are a general technology and services leader that empowers brands worldwide with technology and integrated solutions. As a Fashion Support Consultant in Barcelona, you will support top fashion brands by delivering high‑quality customer service across multiple communication channels.

What You Will Do

- Take incoming customer calls (telephone, email, voicemail, chat, or automated alerts) and resolve user requests while meeting SLA.
- Log call details into the call‑management system and provide accurate responses.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the applications used by each customer.
- Escalate service issues to mentors and follow project processes and procedures.
- Perform all administrative duties required for the role.

Your Qualifications

- Proficient in Italian and advanced in English.
- Strong customer‑care skills with the ability to listen and understand the customers’ needs.
- Ownership mindset – progress calls to resolution or escalated resolution.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
- Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office,

Benefits

- Full‑time, 39 hours per week, permanent contract with rotations Monday‑Friday 9:00‑18:00.
