Responsibilities

- Support the integral marketing team in executing our brand and communication strategy
- Play a key part in maintaining our digital presence, creating engaging marketing collateral, and coordinating our participation in major international pharmaceutical events
- Assist in drafting, designing, and scheduling engaging content for our corporate channels (with a strong focus on LinkedIn)
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and external communication newsletters
- Help maintain and organise our digital asset library, ensuring templates and brand elements are up to date
- Support the creation of visual and multimedia content, including basic video editing and image editing for our digital platforms
- Support daily website maintenance using our Content Management System (CMS)
- Assist in monitoring website traffic and tracking basic SEO performance
- Help coordinate and prepare Adragos’ presence at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify industry trends and marketing opportunities




- Monitor and compile monthly analytics reports for our social media channels and website performance

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish or Greek is a plus but not mandatory
- A current enrolment in, or recent graduation from, a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- A strong passion for digital marketing, content writing, and brand management
- First experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is highly advantageous
- A proactive, hands‑on, and curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational skills, a structured way of working, and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse, international team
- Eligibility to undertake a 6-month internship in Spain or Greece
- Practical skills or experience in video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) and graphic design/image editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a strong plus.
