About This Role As a Lead Software Engineer for our Digital Payments Team, you will lead a team of engineers to build and scale systems that move money reliably, securely, and at high volume. You will own key integrations with payment vendors globally, leading projects end‑to‑end from technical design through delivery. You will drive cross‑functional conversations while coordinating across engineering, product, and external partners to ship new payment initiatives. Drive the delivery of key initiatives while guiding the team on best engineering practices. Develop and support. NET Core and. NET Framework REST APIs and Microservices. Write clean and scalable code using standard software design patterns and best practices. Mentor and develop your team, promoting continuous improvement and quality delivery. Design and integrate third‑party services into our application to support business needs.



Collaborate with multiple teams and developers to meet project deadlines. Analyze opportunities for improvements in our application and process flow. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and a delivery plan. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of professional experience as a. NET Developer or with a comparable object‑oriented programming language. 3+ years leading teams delivering complex initiatives and core projects. Proficiency with. NET Core, C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, and Git/Azure Dev Ops. Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, relational databases, and the SDLC. Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively. Self‑motivated team player with strong communication skills. Willingness to prepare technical documentation for the development team.
