About this Role

As a Project Manager specializing in EV charging hub deployment, you’ll lead the execution of turnkey charging solutions across Portugal & Spain. Your mission is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards, ensuring a friction‑free deployment pipeline.

How You’ll Shape Our Story

- Project Management: Oversee daily progress across multiple projects with installation and engineering partners, identify and resolve bottlenecks in the installation pipeline.
- Resource Coordination: Work closely with installers, contractors, suppliers, and energy distributors to ensure efficient deployment of charging stations.
- Technician Supervision: Organize and guide internal technicians for site visits, commissioning, and activation.
- Logistics Management: Ensure timely delivery of equipment to project sites.
- CAPEX Control: Manage investment per location, negotiate with subcontractors, and keep projects aligned with budgets and timelines.
- Emergency Response:



Conduct site visits or perform commissioning tasks personally when urgent situations arise.

Education and Experience

Master’s degree or equivalent preferred, ideally in Engineering or Business Management.

2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in the electrical or related fields.
