in corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery, as well as team and vendor management.- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, plumbing, automation, and sector-specific equipment and facilities.- Experience in planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.- Experience managing KPIs, cost control, and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams.- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality protocols.- Ability to motivate, plan, prioritize tasks, and manage teams effectively.- Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.- Management style that aligns with the company's high-integrity culture across all areas of internal and external operations.- Ability to coordinate effectively with other departments and key stakeholders.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work positively and collaboratively with others.- Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple projects from concept through completion.- English proficiency at C1 level is required.- Forklift License- Versátil and able to adapt to changing priorities. xcskxlj - Occasional travel to supplier locations and group production plants may be required.
