About our Data Science Teams We’re looking for a Senior Product Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future. You’ll have the opportunity to enhance user engagement and help build a bank that customers truly love. At Monzo, we aim to be fair, transparent and delightful to use, with a fast-growing customer base and a strong culture of data-driven decision making. All data lives in one place and is easy to use; a large portion of day-to-day decisions are supported by self-serve analytics through Looker, freeing data scientists to focus on high-impact questions. Your day-to-day Applying your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand how users interact with our products and how insights inform product strategy. Guide and enable product teams to measure what matters; initiate or help run A/B experiments to improve outcomes. Collaborate with finance to obtain a unified understanding of user lifetime value and how different features impact profitability.



Liaise with engineers to ensure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights.
