About our Data Science Teams We’re looking for a Senior Product Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future. You’ll have the opportunity to enhance user engagement and help build a bank that customers truly love. All data lives in one place and is easy to use; a large portion of day-to-day decisions are supported by self-serve analytics through Looker, freeing data scientists to focus on high-impact questions. Your day-to-day Applying your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand how users interact with our products and how insights inform product strategy. Guide and enable product teams to measure what matters; initiate or help run A/B experiments to improve outcomes. Collaborate with finance to obtain a unified understanding of user lifetime value and how different features impact profitability.
Liaise with engineers to ensure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights. You should apply if You're impact driven and eager to have a real positive impact on the company, product, users and colleagues You're commercially minded and can put numbers into business perspective You're comfortable getting hands-on as well as thinking strategically You have a self-starter mindset; you proactively identify issues and opportunities You're a team player whom colleagues can rely on You have solid grounding in SQL and preferably Python You have experience in conducting large scale A/B experiments The Interview Process Our interview process involves multiple stages: Recruiter Call, Initial Call, Technical Interview, and Final Interview including a case study and collaboration interview. The process typically takes 2–3 weeks, with flexibility to accommodate your availability. You will speak with our recruitment team at various points during the process.
