Customer Care & Operations Executive (English & German)

Are you passionate about customer service, highly organised, and looking to join an international company where no two days are the same?

We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Care & Operations Executive to join our Barcelona office on a full‑time self‑employed (autónomo/freelance contractor) basis.

This is a varied role combining customer service, logistics, administration, and office operations, making it idóneo for someone who enjoys both working with people and managing operational tasks.

What you’ll be doing

- Assisting customers via telephone, email and live chat
- Preparing quotations and providing product information
- Processing customer orders and following cases through to completion
- DNA kit preparation, fulfilment and dispatch
- Printing documentation and assembling testing kits
- Receiving and scanning returned DNA samples
- Coordinating shipments with international courier companies




- General office administration and inventory management
- Working closely with our international customer service teams

We're looking for someone who has:

- Very good domain of spoken and written German (essential)
- Spanish is welcomed but not essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration or Operations
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams)
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional telephone manner
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
