FH Collective Academy in Madrid seeks a native or bilingual Dutch-speaking Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for the Dutch market, from first contact to subscription.
This hybrid role rewards outbound prospecting, a KPI-driven mindset, and handling 80–100 calls daily, with on-site onboarding and occasional travel.
Base salary is €30,000 gross per year with uncapped commissions and a clear growth path to AE2/AE3; 22 days leave and a versátil benefits package.
