We’re currently supporting a rapidly growing organisation at the forefront of unmanned aviation, and we’re looking for an experienced Fixed Wing UAV Operator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on advanced UAV platforms, supporting real-world operations and flight testing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The Role:

As a UAV Operator, you’ll play a key role in the safe operation and testing of fixed‑wing platforms, working closely with engineering and flight test teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Operating fixed‑wing UAVs in test and operational environments
- Supporting flight test campaigns and mission execution
- Pre‑flight planning, checks, and post‑flight analysis
- Working closely with engineers to provide feedback and improve performance
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Supporting deployments and travel to test sites as required

What We’re Looking For:





- Proven experience operating fixed‑wing UAVs
- Strong understanding of flight operations, airspace, and safety procedures
- Experience supporting flight testing or mission‑based operations
- Ability to work in dynamic, field‑based environments
- Comfortable with travel and on‑site deployments
- Military or defence background
- Experience with BVLOS operations
- Knowledge of mission planning software or GCS systems
- Part 107 / equivalent certification (or international equivalent)
- Work on advanced UAV platforms at the cutting edge of the industry
