Responsibilities

The TikTok LIVE team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Intern to support the team. This is a fixed‑term opportunity (approximately 6 months) that will support the growth of TikTok LIVE agencies in Spain.

What You Will Be Doing

- Support the business development team in agency recruitment, including lead generation initiatives, organizing open‑day events, and supporting agency onboarding through SOPs and contract support.
- Support rookie agencies in their growth by guiding them across operational topics and training them on policies, education, and growth tools available.
- Provide strategic guidance to agencies regarding the variety and quality of content verticals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above.




- 2+ years of experience related to or comparable with the live‑streaming or entertainment industry.
- High oral and written fluency in English and Spanish; communication with stakeholders across Spain, Europe, and globally.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
- Result‑oriented, strong data‑analysis skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

- Passion for the creator economy and its enormous potential.
