This is a hybrid role that requires a hands‑on approach to store management while also supporting broader retail operations in Spain.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of all existing and upcoming store locations in the Spanish market, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and operational excellenceMonitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement strategies to optimise revenue and profitabilitySupport store teams in executing merchandising plans, product launches, and marketing campaignsEnsure compliance with operational policies, company SOPs, and local retail regulationsConduct regular store audits to assess performance, service quality, and operational efficiencyAct as a key point of contact for operational challenges and opportunities, ensuring smooth communication across teamsAssist in recruiting, onboarding, and training store‑level staff,
