You will assist customers with technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate solutions and maintaining high-quality service.
On-site role with a rotating schedule (Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00; Sat–Sun 08:00–17:00; 2 days off). Relocation support available for eligible candidates.
