Position: Supplier Quality / Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous individual to oversee suppliers’ manufacturing activities, ensure compliance with technical requirements, and provide support in product validation.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret technical documentation (drawings, specifications, and engineering requirements), ensuring their correct application in manufacturing processes.
- Supervise and monitor the quality of suppliers’ production processes, ensuring compliance with defined quality standards and technical requirements.
- Identify, document, and report technical issues to the engineering department—whether related to documentation or supplier execution—and collaborate in defining corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier schedules,



verifying compliance with deadlines, manufacturing milestones, and committed delivery dates.
- Conduct technical inspections and audits at supplier facilities, evaluating processes, products, and quality systems.
- In support of the design department, perform hardware and functional tests on prototypes and production equipment, validating their proper operation in accordance with specifications.

Qualifications:

- Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, or similar).
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in industrial environments, with responsibilities in supplier management, quality, or manufacturing processes.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation; knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control; experience conducting audits and technical inspections; ability to perform functional tests and product validations.
- Languages: Technical English proficiency (preferred).
- Personal Skills: Analytical skills and attention to detail; communication and teamwork skills; proactivity and problem‑solving skills; ability to organize and track tasks and deadlines.
- Availability: Willingness to travel to supplier facilities.
- B1 driver’s license.

Additional Desired Experience:

- Previous experience working with international suppliers.
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO or others).
- Experience in industrialization environments.
