Role Overview

Business Analyst – Collaborate with stakeholders to research, analyse and document requirements that support effective and feasible solutions. Translate business needs into user stories and support cross‑functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed requirements for new or evolving products, services, and processes.
- Convert functional and non‑functional specifications into clear, structured user stories for the product backlog.
- Define and compile business requirements to support a wide range of change initiatives.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams throughout the lifecycle of each user story by clarifying requirements and supporting solution understanding.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with system structures, operational processes, and broader organisational goals.
- Validate requirements for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility to maintain quality standards.
